Monday, Feb. 11. Joseph Carson, director of global economic research at AllianceResearch and a graduate of YSU, makes two presentations on the YSU campus – “Many Roads Can Lead to Wall Street” 3:30 p.m. in the auditorium of Williamson Hall, followed by “Global Economic Outlook” at 6 p.m. in classroom 2202 in Williamson Hall. Wednesday, Feb. 13, 12:15 p.m. The Dana School of Music presents a free Music at Noon concert featuring the Clarinet Studio in the Butler Institute of American Art.

Wednesday, Feb. 13, 1 to 5 p.m. The Williamson College of Business Administration and the College of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics jointly host the annual STEM & WCBA Co-op/Internship Expo in the atrium of Williamson Hall. The Expo provides businesses with the opportunity to interact with high-quality students who have obtained related experience in the fields of accounting, finance, management, marketing, science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Wednesday, Feb. 13, 5 p.m. Reception, Bliss Hall Art Gallery, 6 p.m. Panel Discussion. As part of African American History Month, YSU presents artist Saihou Omar Njie in the Zona Auditorium, Butler Institute of American Njie grew up in The Gambia, West Africa and now is on the roster of Teaching Artists for the Pennsylvania Council of the Arts and the Pittsburgh Center for the Arts. Thursday, Feb. 14, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The YSU Women’s Club hosts a Valentine’s Day bake sale in the lobby of Maag Library. Donations benefit the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life.

Friday, Feb. 15, 11 a.m. FBI Special Agent Deane Hassman makes a presentation on ethics in the auditorium of the Williamson College of Business Administration. More here.

Friday, Feb. 15, 7 p.m. Mwatabu S. Okantah presents “Black Arts and The Civil Rights Movement” in the Ohio Room of Kilcawley Center as part of YSU’s African American History Month celebration. Okantah is the author of several published poems, in addition to being a performer. More here.

Friday, Feb. 15, 7:05 p.m. The YSU men’s hoops team takes on Horizon League rival Milwaukee in Beeghly Center. More at www.ysusports.com. The men also take on Green Bay at home vs. Green Bay on Sunday, Feb. 17, 2:05 p.m.
