Roberts, Shehadi sworn in as trustees
Atty. James “Ted” Roberts was sworn in last month as a member of the YSU Board of Trustees, and Eric Shehadi, a mathematics major from McDonald, Ohio, took the oath as a student trustee.
Both were appointed by Gov. John Kasich. Roberts’ term expires in 2022, while Shehadi’s term ends in 2015.
Roberts is principal and president of the Youngstown law firm of Roth, Blair, Roberts, Strasfeld and Lodge. He earned a bachelor’s degree from YSU in 1970 and a law degree in 1974 from the University of Akron.
Shehadi is a YSU University Scholar, vice president of finance for Sigma Tau Gamma fraternity, and a member of Pi Mu Epsilon and the STEM Leadership Society. He also serves on the McDonald Board of Education.
